Christmas Tree Earrings Beading Pattern

These beaded earrings are made with our Pink Christmas Miyuki 11/0 Seed Bead Mix. But any of our Christmas bead mixes would work. You can organize the colors in any order you'd like with one color per row.

Materials You'll Need

1️⃣ BEADING THREAD

Nylon beading thread is best for fringe earrings. I'm a fan of Miyuki beading thread. For this example, I used the Eggshell color.

2️⃣ BEADING NEEDLE

Size 10 or 12 works great for this project. Big eye beading needles also work well if you're still getting the hang of threading needles.

3️⃣ EAR WIRES

These are easy to find. Simply search for ear wires. And while ear wires are not shown in the example, they attach to the thread guard.

4️⃣ THREAD GUARDS

The thread guards provide a secure way to attach ear wires to your beadwork. If you don't have thread guards, you can also simply create a bead loop.

5️⃣ SCISSORS/PLIERS

You will need scissors to cut the thread and basic jewelry pliers to attach the ear wires.

6️⃣ MIYUKI 11/0 SEED BEADS

Many of our Christmas bead mixes would work great with this project. This example was made specifically with our Pink Christmas Miyuki 11/0 Seed Bead Mix.

TECHNIQUE(S)

Double brick stitch is the main bead weaving stitch with this design. However, you will need to create a foundation row using ladder stitch.

DESIGN SIZE

The finished beaded portion of the design is approximately 0.9 inches wide and 1.5 inches tall.

PATTERN INFO/GUIDELINES

Patterns are provided for three of our Christmas bead mixes (Pink Christmas, Emerald City, and Rainbow Lights). A blank pattern is also provided so that you can customize the colors or the order of the colors. I recommend opening the image in a new tab and printing the file.
